I think Furman's suggestion of a Zone diet may ultimately be the best solution. I plan to review that soon. My ex gave my copy to one of her fat-fuck friends years ago, so I won't see it again. I have a feeling that Half Price Books will have all of Sears stuff.

I've been checking Craigslist and Play It Again Sports for a quality used rower. Last time I was under 200 I was using a rowing ergometer regularly (plus I want to be like my hero Gav).
