Summer plant contract ended a week and a half ago. That was a tough contract. Thick brush, thorns bushes, thistles, hard land, relentless heat and bugs (skeeters, black flies, horseflies, wasps). Team was made up of tough, hard individuals. We got 'er done. Looking forward to Sept. plant.

Spent Sept. on Vancouver Island planting steep, tough blocks. Pay was shit but I came out tougher and stronger, mind and body.
Chin ups and Dance of Shiva every day of the contract.

Just over a week off from lifting. Did Sun Salutations every day (they were the focus) along with slow joint mobility, half hour(+) walk every day, tratak meditation, standing meditation and Tibetan eye chart.
