Felt tight pull on right side of my chest so I though I would stretch it out with a few ab wheel roll outs. Big mistake! I separated a rib. It sounded like a gun shot. Fuck did that hurt.

Finished with 1Aswings 24kg.

Been sore as hell last two days, hard to get up from floor.
