Split snatches look painful. I'm interested in gaining some proficiency in the O-lifts. What has your path been like and how much coaching has been involved?

The split is actually quite comfortable. I picked up the lifts reading, internet, reviewing my own video, etc. Love the power cleans/snatches and spent some time practicing the full squat style but find them too taxing. I could probably use some coaching :rolleyes:. I really like the Dan John "pick it up and put it over head" approach.
