Sunday night:
OAS 1.5 pood 4 min hand switch 2 min; immediately followed by 1 pood 10 min hand switch every 2 min. Can't remember rpm but did about 30L/30R w/1.5. Felt tired and slow from a long busy weekend.

Monday night:
OALCC&J 20 min switching hands every 2 min. Didn't count rpm's, but felt good.

Last night (tues):
OAS 20 min switching hands every 2 min. Decent pace, but didn;t count rpm's.

Wednesday: off

Last night (thursday):
OALCC&J 1 pood 20 min switching hands every two minutes

Tonight (friday):
OAS 1 pood 20 min switching hands every minute. Decided to switch hands each min to make it easy and go as long as possible. Tore a callus, had to stop at 20 min. Not really hurt, but needed to look at callus tear.

tonight (Saturday Oct 18):
OALCC&J 1 pood 20 min switching hands every 2 min.

Didn't count reps but went pretty fast. Very easy set, just wanted to keep going 20 min per workout for awhile.

Tonight OAS 1.5 pood 4 min switching hands after 2 min 38L/34R rpm = 19/19/16/18
Cool down with OAS 1 pood 2 min hand switch at 1 min

Last night (friday):
OALCC&J 1.5 pood 4 min hand switch at 2 min. 23L/26R.
Rpm = 10L 13L 13R 13R. Goal was 12rpm. Just missed it on L side, started off very slow.
Followed by OALCC&J 1.5 pood 2 min hand switch at 1 min for cool down.

Rested a minute, then

Goal was 12 rpm for the whole set. Just missed 24 reps on left side. Wife was making funny faces at me, found out I can't do 12 rpm when I'm laughing. So stopped counting after that.
Waited 30 sec, then did (as cool down/get more time under a bell):
OALCC&J 1 pood 4 min hand switch at 2 min. Didn't count reps.

Tonight:
OAS 1.5 pood 6 min hand switch after 3 min. Rpms = 18L/16L/15L/16R/15R/15R. Total reps = 49L/46R.

I should be shot for trying a 6 min 1.5 pood set tonight. Everybody in my famly is really sick, I feel like I'm coming down with something, too. I almost didn't work out. Considered doing an easy 1 pood set with multiple hand switches. For some reason I just tried to go heavy anyway.

Rested for 15-20 sec, then did a 2 min cool down set (same wt) but went easy and did not count reps.

Tonight:

OAS 1.5 pood 4 min hand switch at 2 min. 42L/40R. RPM = 22L/20L/20R/20R.
This was a total sprint. Goal was to keep 20 rpm throughout entire set.
Shocked I made it. Felt like crap againbefore I lifted. Almost used the 1 pood instead. Almost didn't work out. Somehow set a pr for this time.

Rested 1 minute, then:
OAS 1 pood 4 min hand switch at 2 min. Purely a cool down, went slow did not count reps.

Goal was 10 rpm throughout.
Rested for about 30 sec, then did a 4 min cool down set with the one pood, hand switch at 2 min. Went easy and did not count reps.
Have a cold now, surprised that I'm setting pr's with a cold.

Rpms = 20L/18L/17L, 17R/18R/18R.

Whoa, bad case of the Kung Fu grip now! Strated regretting going for 6 min instead of four min midway through my second minute. Decided to stick it out. Almost dropped the kB my form was so bad on my third minute. Barely held onto the bell when I hit that 17th rep on minute three.
Minutes 4-6 were alot easier from a muscle fatigue standpoint, but my heart and lungs wers struggling.
Still this was a solid pr. And with a cold, no less.

Wednesday: off (too tired from election party, up till 1am after volunteering for BHO)

Tonight (thursday):

Waited 1 minute, then:
OAS 1 pood 4 min hand switch at 2 min. Didn't count reps, just a cool dwon.
Very tired, baby was up all night last night, and little sleep tuesday.

My baby has an ear infection, was up half the night last night before the anti-biotics kicked in. So tonight I decided to take it easy, do a "restorative" workout. This was nice and easy.

Very tired, took care of the kids and did chores all day, so stayed with the easy stuff:

OAS 1 pood 20 min hand switches every 2 min. Did not count reps, just wanted to get in 20 light minutes.
This was actually pretty taxing on the forearms by minuted 15-16. Still, this felt alot easier than a "sprint" workout with the 1.5 pood.

OALCC&J 1.5 pood/1pood. 8 min, hand switch after 4 min. Went like this:
1.5 pood 2 min left, immediately went to
1 pood 2 min left, then repeat with R side.
This was pretty hard. Somehow did an extra minute with the 1.5 pood on the R side. Did not count reps.

OAS 1 pood 12 min hand switch every 3 min. Last min on each side was actually harder than I expected. Had a little bit of Kung Fu grip at the end, more than when I last did 5min/5min
Sunday:
OALCC&J 1 pood 20 min hand switch every 2 min did not count reps, but easy
tonight (monday):
OAS 1 pood 20 min hand switch every 2 min did not count reps but easy

Lots of travelling has kept me from posting. Here's the last few days:

Mon:
OAS 1.5 pood 10 min unknown rep count. Forgot how tiring 10 min of the 1.5 can be. Switched hands every minute (yes, I know that's wussing out).

Tues:
OALCC&J 1.5 pood 10 min switching hands every min. Didn't count reps.

Tonight (Wednesday):

OAS 1.5 pood 4 min hand switch after 2 min. Around 34L/35R?, but not sure of rep count.
Waited one minute, then did OAS 1 pood 4 min hand switch after 2 min. Did not count reps.

I've had a bad cold for about a week or so, its really cutting into my reps.
