Sounds like you need a serious break but who has time for that. Restoratives are always appropriate no matter the situation. I need to get my over 40 physical and get my cholesterol and test levels checked before I give anything a go.

I've had a week off here and there due to military stuff. I think it's simply overworked and under-rested.

I've just added afobazole, anti-anxiety/antidepressant nootropic to the mix and it has leveled out the mood swings pretty well. A little caffeine and adrafinil for those days where I'm just dragging and lots of protein seem to help. I've almost come to the point where a low dose restorative cycle sounds pretty damn good, then again, would I not benefit more from doing that when circumstances are more ideal? Lol!
Love the had a week off here and there for military stuff! Same here,I see the 4 day exercises I do a couple of times a year as kind of a holiday from my work.Always come back from military duty relaxed and ready for my normal Life!

BJJ tourney.

Third place. Came out to aggressive on my first match and he ended up pointing me and I couldn't quite recover. I beat myself really. Second match I pointed the other guy and almost got a tap out. Definitely have things to work on. Not bad considering I got a broken big toe and have only been making it 1 night a week at class.

Congrats on the 3rd place.

How much do you think tossing around the 32's for long sets is helping you in the BJJ? Seems like both the pure wind and the strength stamina would help a ton to overcome a little lack of time to train specifically for the comp.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

Thanks.

I give complete credit to GS, LC and OALC, in physically preparing me rolling. At no point am I ever spent or feel that I am physically outmatched, even when rolling with guys way above my weightclass. It makes it so all I have to focus on is movement patterns and technique when I'm in class. Couple this with the fact that it lends itself to keeping me fairly in the middle of the whole strength-endurance-flexibility triangle and you can see why I still think LC/OALC is the best bang for your buck in terms of overall fitness.

Not trying to overreach with these sets. This wasn't hard, but not easy either. I can tell that I'm tired from yesterday and haven't had much rest.
