Still feeling kinda rough from all the traveling this past week.

AM Workout:
KB Snatch: 10x10 @ 32 kg
KB Squat: 10x10 @ 32 kg
KB Hi-Pull: 10x3 @ 32 kg
Pushup/plank: 3x 5/5 @ 16 kg
Chins: 30 reps @ bw (one effort, no letting go)

PM Workout:
Yet to be determined....prob some timed set KB stuff

Today was light due to school kicking back in and all:

KB Press: 5x3 @ 32 kg
KB Row: 5x5 @ 32 kg
Chins: 3x15 @ bw
Squat: 100 reps @ bw

I got called into work today so no squat-a-thon for me. I may try it tomorrow just to see what my reps would be at 1.5xbw (255 lbs).

Remedial stretching: 15-20 mins

255 x 25 reps in 30 min. I tried to keep 1 rep per minute but this kinda fell through towards the end there. Not bad as I have not really been back squatting....and probably won't for a while. Oh yeah, these were ATG high bar style.

I might do some pulling a little later in the day. Depends on how fast I can crank out a paper.

I felt like beating myself up so on top of the Squat-a-thon....

Dead: 8x3 @ 315 lbs
Vert Lift: 3x 2 mins @ 30 lbs
Dips: 3x10 @ bw

I will hate myself tomorrow....and love ibuprofen.

First day of throwing felt good. I REALLY have to work on my technique as I am wobbly as a drunk hobo. The fact that I am light as hell doesn't help the matter as I have no real center mass to speak of. Oh well.

1 hour of mixed throwing & hammer(10 lbs) winds

then:

KB Jerk: 100 reps @ 2x 16 kg
KB Clean: 100 reps @ 32 kg; 50l/50r
Chins: 6x5 @ bw

Today I am gonna just work some throwing and work out in the yard doing landscaping. Probably going to scope out a decent caber candidate on the back side of the property.

PM Workout:
Clean: 5x95 lbs; 5x135 lbs; 3x175 lbs
Dead: 5x3 @ 325 lbs
Incline BP: 3x8 @ 135 lbs

Deads felt great today. The cleans were a great way to warm up to the deads and I feel that it really greased the groove for the heavier pulling motion. Shoulders feel a bit tight from all the pressing. Probably going to hit up some pullups and high pulls tomorrow...maybe hit the CoC gripper.

Probably going to do 100 OAS again @ 16 kg when I get home tonight. It all depends on how much work tires me out. Starbucks is a great company to work for, but I will say people get real pretnetious about their little cup of joe....despite their inability to pronounce "venti" or "grande". Back to serving overpriced coffee to overpriveledged individuals.
