Thoughts:
I love getting the personal training sales pitch at a new gym. One "no" is never enough.
Not enough weight plates in the free weight area.
Kettlebells only go up to 30lbs and are in the "lady" cardio area -- I found this pretty amusing.
Locker room is *very* clean with jazzy jazz music piped in.
I have to give them my keys to get a locker key, dunno how I feel about that.

At least your gym has kb's. I have to provide my own. Then again, I lift at an old YMCA where the weights are more rust than iron now. As far as the whole sales pitch, it cracks me up. Watched Mahler's Speed and Strength DVD (finally. I've had it since 2007). Picked up some stuff on the clean that I had forgotten, namely the catch. Ordered a 12kg punch bell.
Today was spent with a group of twenty 5 year olds, and fishing hooks. Hiked around Springton Farm, put worms on hooks, repeated myself 800 times. Listened to stories about Ella's 3 legged dog, and kept having to tell Connor to put his flashlight in his pocket. Yeah.
Edited to add - had to put the puppy to sleep. After multiple trips to the vet, an ultrasound revealed extensive tumors throughout her internal organs. The house is way too quiet.
