later
hit 1 hour with ex big leaguer. Just amazing. i know a lot about hitting for a regular guy, but the little things he found were uncanny.

3/23 the art of programming...so weds the plan is with an easy practice, afterward cfr will hit a second, easier weight workout in mid week. Maybe some weighted ball throws dependingon how tender elbow is after getting drilled yesterday..the danger of BL/TR.

Pick him up after practice and findout they had a scrimmage. He pitched 4 innings and threw over 60 pitches. He says he is not a pitcher although he has done it in past. Two outcomes. 1. Skipped weights because pitching is hard on body and harder not prepped for it. 2. Struck out a bunch of kids with average but low 2 and 4 seamers, circle change, and football curve. He says he does not want to pitch but i think he just made himself an option after his harder throwing friends.
