To all the young Bucks, training for strength from my early teenage years on has been the only constant in my miserable existence. I’ve been through a litany of failed relationships, disease, afflictions and death of loved ones and  disasters of monumental proportions, yet I always had strength training as my companion to get me through it.  Now as time passes and I approach my 55th birthday, the only thing that has stuck with me, is slowly turning its back on me.  I can feel it slipping out of my grasp.  Now I am the jilted one, much like the people I’ve shit on along the way.  Most go in and out of their preferred “Hobbies”, much like changing their underwear on a daily basis and this will mean nothing to those douchebags.
