Thanks guys. I appreciate the compliments from you both. Means allot coming from people of your caliber.

TOM, my hands are 7 5/8. I like to work with 4 plates and suspend weight from twine to get the added resistance as I feel that is optimal distance for me. I use standard cap plates to do all the pinch work. Don't particularly like doing 5 plates, but do so on occassion to gauge where I'm at. When I first started doing so, I used a small bungee cord to keep the plates from separating at the bottom. I'm actually experiencing an issue with my right wrist in the rack position. The plate pinching actually helps it, along with a wrist support for pressing and squats.
