Disappointed I didn't get to finish my run on Madcow, as it was going pretty good and I foresaw hitting 455 for 5 on my squats. Will run a 4 week cycle of Prileprin on Squats, along with Paused Good Mornings on Mondays. Hopefully the lighter weights will give me time to heal up. I'll also do a bastardized Russian Cycle of Clean and Press on Tuesdays and Fridays. Thursdays will be light squats (Top set of 70% of the heaviest weight per that 4 week cycle) along with a ramp up to a heavy single on the deadlift. We'll see how it goes....
