Discovered my ruck was loaded to actually 35lbs not 30. So added 5 more and did 3.5 miles/40lbs/59 mins. Good ruck, a little crampy, but faster coming home.

First 225 warmup was like a planet. Second way better. So just hoped to get one set of 275x5. Each set stronger. A good day. Sometimes it happens when sick.
