Box squat 175/265/355x7 not great but ok. Was planning a summer of straight weight and higher reps. A rough work schedule is kicking my ass. Do not going well. So decided to throw chains on. 355+50lbs chainsx7
Best set. As much squatting as I have done gotta remember to drive traps through bar to rise not push feet into floor.Damn.

7/3 #102 3 hours of yardio. Swapping out plants in beds, refilling pits, trimming bushes. A tad warm. May bench later when I rehydrate.

Felt like crap after yardio yesterday. Delayed bench to today and that felt ok. Lower body just out to lunch today. Everything hurt from the time I got up to build fire for the brisket. Which consuming I suspect will solve my vaginitis.

Not a good sign.
