Really like this machine with pulleys on both end and steady resistance through the rom.
15 mins on elliptical level 6. Jury is out.
20 mins INC treadmill 15% 3.0-3.7 mph

Hoping to milk one more good workout or a PR today. But know this cycle is pretty much plateaued.

Mob warmup not bad. Farmers good.
Box squat w/50lbs chains 175x7, 265x7, 355x7 not sharp and got a pump in my quads. Bad sign for a warmup. Repeat @355x5. Cut it short right ham tightening in a weird place
DL 225/275/320x3 ham fine but not pushing it. Because I don’t have too.
Then 2 hours of yardio.

An old friend DB floor press 25kgsx20, 30kgsx20 my go chest rehab. Bad news is I do have a slight pec strain. Good news is they have 35 and 40kg DBs.
Inc treadmill 20 [email protected] km/h. 15%.
HR max134 way better than last time at 8700 FT MSL.
