3.6 miles in the rain; Not very fast but not real slow.

Think I may have finally adjusted to new schedule.

Drill tower workout

7 stories x 10 trips
10 pushups at top
5 tire flips at bottom
tire was light around 250#

Working on getting city to buy a decent weight lifting setup

Bought Jay's book; going to give it a run.

Week 1; Day 1
Front Squat 3 x 10 (135,155,175) Way too light; wasn't sure what to expect
RDL 3 x 10 (185)
DB Shrug 3 x 20 (65s)
Chinup 3 x max (10, 8, 8)
DB curl 3 x 20 (20s)
Ab wheel from knees 3 x 5

Done in about 35 minutes including a warmup.

Need heavier weight on main exercise; that will slow me down a bit.
