so dropped to 135 for 3 x 3

3 x 10 ring dips with 10#

Too crowed to run for time so just jogged along. 1:01 and change.


Signed up for a half marathon in March, God help me I'm turning into an endurance fag.

No pop on the cleans mostly because I roofed a house yesterday and the back and hips are tired. No an amazing workout just getting it done.
