Triad was a very good games for me. Hit some nice throws, that felt good not forced. If I had the cash I would do greenville. They are going to have a masters light weight div and I would do the B at clover.

Thanks, One of the best parts of the day was watching Rayan McDougal throw. We started out about the same time he was 15 or so. He is 20 or 21 now, in the next 2 or 3 years he will be the next big pro out of the south.

I put the weight on top of what she was doing it was to much to take it on and off. I did not move the pins up just kept them where she could get it out, on the 20 hole. I use the 26 hole taking it out that low was killing me

She is starting to catch on that if you slow down and put it all in to the reps on things like ball slams, jumping stuff, hammer strikes it may seem slower, but in the end her times are faster at her crossfit crap. I should say she is very smart about what she will and will not do at her cf gym. She has been making some big strength gains.

did medley with the crossfit girl. we did them 1 time each. I am not sure of the weights she did

kb two handed swing 70lbs 10reps
pushed sled 1/2 way down the ware house 60lbs
med ball slams 40lbs 10reps
pushed sled back to start

medley 2
ring push ups 10reps
sled 1/2 way down warehouse 60lbs
med ball slams 40lbs 10reps
pushed sled back to start

medley 3
sledge hammer strikes 20lbs 24reps
pushed sled 1/2 way down the warehouse
med ball slams 40lbs 10reps
pushed sled back to start

I did not time it but we started just after 5:30 and were done well before 6. All the reps were done well. All the med ball slams were slamed down hard.

work on my foot work by throwing the tire out of the box. Threw it highland hammer style as well and threw sheaf.

I have a games this weekend. I am not sure how I am going to do. With all the fishing and throwing over the long weekend I forgot to eat. Then I felt ok now I feel weak and like shit. Saturday I only ate a small breakfast, threw, took off fishing got home 7 hours latter cleaned up. I was going to lay down for a few then eat. A few turned into all night. sunday and monday were not much better. the last two days I have been trying to over eat to catch up. I do not think that is going to work.
