So i was ill almost year, went trough the surgery, then after it noticed i have high blood pressure, some more problems.
All in all i almost did not train last year, theb i stopped kettlebell sport and switched to bodyweight.
first training after two week break.

Decide to walk from work, about 40~60min 5 days a week, will call it cardio for a while.
