Thanks Mickey!

I did legs today and then 15 minutes on the elliptical. Coached a big meet today so I will count that as intermittent hill walking burnout sets. :)

Chest and tricep day. I didn't think I was going to get any cardio but then I ended up chasing a stallion around a goddamn field with whip becaue the barn owner turned him out with the mares by accident (he's 81 years old). What a fucking asshole (the stallion). And then I ended up staying to help feed and turn out and bring in everybody else. I am so goddamned tired I want to die.

Thanks!

My cut ends in two weeks so I'll post more pics then, hopefully there will be a more noticeable difference.

I can't believe I've been following this program for almost 10 months now. Tell you what, hiring a coach for diet AND training is the best decision I've ever made for myself. And I have a lot more mental energy for my lifters and my kids. I am performing so much better that I'm thinking about competing at masters worlds highland games again next year, but this time in the open. :)

Going to be hosting a cross country meet today at our school so lots of walking. Just checking in with my weight because for the first time it 3 years, I am under 160!!! 159.9 :)

**Probably walked about 6 miles today while also bending over and spraypainting the ground, placing flags, and dropping cones. Really really sore and tired.

I went and got a DXA scan yesterday as I was very curious about my bodyfat percentage and a couple of other things.

Couple of things about that:
Bodyfat %: 26.7
Lean Body mass: Roughly 118 lbs.
Fat mass: Roughly 42 lbs.
Visceral fat: 500 grams
Also, as I kind of suspected, my right arm 500 grams more mass than my left and my right leg has about 700 more grams than my left. :)
Overall, I'm in the healthy range and my bone density is great, especially in my spine. :)

So, I think this means that I would probably have to lose another 20-25 lbs to get on stage, but another 10-15 lbs would make me walking-around-lean.

Chest and arm day, weight isn't down much, but I'm not surprised. My lowest weight day of the week seems to be WEdnesdays and then it creeps back up a bit before high carb day. Might be from increasing fatigue, dehydration from Cross country meets, or maybe I eat stupidly on Thursdays. Anyway, Still down at 159.3, up from 158.7 on Wednesday. Top photos are today, next post is from 8/23.

This is from 8/23 for comparison. Not a huge change, but getting there.

Chest and arms day then figuring out how to talk to my cc team about the higher standards I have for behavior towards each other. It went well. I decided not to address the "bullying", instead, read them the code of conduct, told them what shit I absolutely would not put up with, then told them why lifting each other up would make us much more successful as a team. Seemed to work. And now they know if anything else goes down, it doesn't have to be "bullying", its my subjective opinion of whether or not they are being assholes that will get them kicked off the team.

Middle schoolers are sociopaths.

Took last week off and just did a lot of walking and carb eating. Was feeling pretty burned out.

Back at it this week. Back and abs today. Back on the protein train.

So, two days off for bullshit. Did legs today and then two hours of hard ass barn work. But, won't have a cut this week, I'm sure.

I have been working, but its been sporatic and then I got kind of sick for a while. Weight dropped to 155 at the height up it. Back up about 3-4 lbs now which is better. Looking leaner. Will get back to logging on Monday.
