TGU @32kg x1 e.s *5 (8min)

conditioning intervals x15min (10sec work/20 sec rest *8 because fuck tabatas, 1min rest *3 rounds) with rope skip high knees/ burpees/ haydens

chest expender stuff

tried walking lunges with 30kg on the sled. No way :-) Ended up ding the lunges with the bag on the shoulders dragging an empty sled for a few sets, then went and got 16kg and did 30reps x4 sets.

reverse drag, loaded carries, push ups, done.

going to tray to stick to 100-150 push ups a day 3-5 days a week for a few months and see how it goes. will have to progress the variations.

03/06
push ups x15, chin ups x5, archers pull @180lbs x5 e.s x7 sets
conditioning x40min (sled drag, bounding drills, crawling)

no need to post much for now, until I come back from holidays.
basically doing 3 days of sled dragging, lunges, sprints, throws in small doses + 3-5 days of push ups/ chins/ chest expender stuff throughout the day.
