Not as bad as I had thought it would be.

Very happy with how the snatch is improving.

Jerk

Left arm: 22/ 15,15,15,15/4'
4' rest
Right arm: 22/ 14,14,14,14/4'

fucking hate those

Snatch:

Left arm: 20/ 18,18,17,17/4'
5' rest
Right arm: 20/ 18,16,16,16/4'

Grip is the failing factor, instead of using hang snatch at end I'll try thumb forward as advised.

Squat: 50kg x 25 reps, I want to work back to 100 for no real reason.
GHR x 12
GHD Sit up: 12

Been a while... Been training just short on time to log it here.

Snatch:

16kg / 84L + 96R / 8'

This was the faster I have ever gone for this length of time. Changed my technique slightly after hanging and talking with JWB this past weekend. Grip was alway the limiter, I don't even feel my grip, was that taxed.

10/23/2013

Step ups: 20' with 40lb vest and 10kg Bulgarian bag. HR got up 170+ for the last 6' or so.
15' run after to cool down.

Jerk

24/72/6'- this was hard, tricep fatigue got me. I wasn't winded or really tired other than my triceps.

Snatch

18/162/8'

Overall good session, didn't hit the jerk numbers but I understand these last two weeks are supposed to be slightly out of reach.

Jerk

5x 2' intervals w/ 2' rest. 26 reps each interval.

Snatch

Left hand. 20/112/8'

10' rest

Right hand. 20/100/6:15

Felt great the whole session. More relaxed on jerks than in months. Snatches surprised me, I was skeptical when I saw them on my spreadsheet, but it all worked out well.

Good work on snatch here!
Don't you afraid about callouses?

Callouses don't bother me. I technique changes as my grip ability changes.

Here's a set from a couple days ago, 100 reps on right hand with 20kg.

Your technique is pleasing on the eye. 100 is impressive.
