LC

22/38/5'

Felt easy, breathing was great, relaxed, felt like I could have done a few extra reps in the biginning once I was finished. Coach was happy with it, so, I'm happy with it.

Time to get this going again,

Since the last entry I have competed three times. Shit the bed once, then hunkered down and went to Russia and competed twice within 4 days and hit PRs eating he shittiest diet and getting next to no quality sleep. But, it was great!

Been snatching the last 4 weeks and only had two LC sessions since getting back.

Haven't touched the bells in a week due to travel.

6/24/2014

22kg, 2' x 4, 2'rest between 8,8 / 8,8 / 8,7 / 7,7

Circuit
Pull down x 15
Incline situps x 20
45* back extension x20

3x through

Stretched and out.

Got serious about getting my weight down. it's not that I don't know what to do, it's more that I'm not accountable to anyone. So, I hired a buddy to just tell me what to eat and when. No more decision making = more willpower for more important things throughout the day.

Ridicule me if you must.

It's only day 3, but it has become one of those, "Why did I wait so long to do this" kick in the balls type things.

My goal is to drop to 75kg walking around, it gives me 3 options for weight classes to compete in and should put me at about 11% BF so I'll have better abs than Micky ;)

What is your current weight (in kilos)?
You`ll toughen up.Unless you have a serious medical condition commonly refered to as
"being a pussy".

I hover around 80. We have an ultrasound BF tester at the gym that puts me at about 16.5 %.

I've recently dropped weight and gotten leaner so you'll have to work a little harder. :) I can't really explain the weight loss either. I haven't done anything different really. Been fasting here and there but that's the only thing.

Run/shuffle

8lb X-vest

1:06 wanted 1:10 but got to a point I really thought I was gonna piss and shit my pants. It was hot and my heart rate had been 170+ for over 50'. Shut it down and walked home. Even after about 12' walk home HR was still 150. Toward the end it was barely a job, more like a bouncy walk.
