Rolled up to the big school and did open mat. 8 or 10 8' rds my rib popped loose this time but it didn't hurt just felt twingey when I moved just right.

I don't have any pain or trouble breathing the rib just pops in and out like the dice bubble in the old Trouble game. Lots of heat and rest have helped tighten it up already.

Visited some friends and their dogs. Headed home. Decided to give my training a shot. Less than optimal conditions and time.
