strong side was whacked for some reason. Don't know if I'm pulling too hard on the down swing or what bur I had trouble maintaining my balance with the strong side.
Shot overhead focusing on height x5
braemar w/ shot x5 pretty consistent but I got loose at the end

wrapped my wrist for the braemar, I think I like it.

Titan Toro 13mm belt and Red Devil wrist wraps are in so I get to try them out for max effort work tomorrow.

No pop today. The pl54 effect was in full effect today. Warm ups were soopah ez, work sets were teh suxes.

put on my high tension man panties
275 3x3
225 felt stupid light so I jumped to 275. It was an rpe of of 6 first set 7 second set 8 third set. Next week no man panties and I'll go back to 225. Something popped in my right knee, no pain, no nothing. I think it was just stuff being forced into place. Whether I have knee pain tomorrow will decide if I keep the front squats or go with light back squats.

my push press tech is teh suxes. I'll stay at 185 until I get my form down. rpe of 5 on all 3 sets.

I don't know for sure it is a PR but if it's not its still right up there with my best.

It's amazing what a year of consistent training can do for a body.

It's been right at year since I said screw long distance running and jumped back on the barbell band wagon. I'm only about 10 to 15 pounds heavier but damn I'm a lot stronger.

still off a bit on the strong side but I think I've got it figured out. I'm wicked fast weak side but I think my form is sketchy. I'm feeling good with this. May have to load up a handle and do some throws this week.

Not that I could beat him but I'd sure as hell like to make him sweat.

Lifetime pr on the squat. I'm thinking 500 may be in the cards by the end if the year.

Not enough volume on the overheads. I'll be honest I was making a run at 225x2 but I got to 185 and knew it wasn't there. Next time I'll start with the bar and run it 45-65-85-95-115-135-155-175-185-205-?

First round of speed deads was in oly shoes with wraps, es no bueno. Second round was barefoot and hook grip. Mooch faster.
