Leg ext 50lbs 6x15
leg curls 30lbsx11,40lbsx16, 15, 14, 12, 11, 10

Looking to get 6x15 sets across with good form then move up in weight.

Light pumpy sets are good for recovery, don't cause undo strain on injured parts, are building up the muscle mass I lost laying on the floor, and with :45 rest they give me cardio/fat loss benefits. Doing this feels better than walking, which everyone recommends.
