97.5kgx5
110x6

5x10 70kg
50 chins 5:43 want to get this faster but was so pumped it was hard
13,12,11,10 burpees/swing 24kg wanted to do more but almost caught a cramp in intercostals LOL.

12/17
13,000+ steps

12/18
press
3x47.5kg
3x55
5x62.5

50 chins 5:19
100 burpess 8:22 these sucked! Haven't done 100 straight in a while and need to make them a regular part of the program again.

We're close to finishing the first kettlebell instructional DVD in Chinese starring yours truly. Excited and nervous about this but here goes nothing. Only 1 billion Chinese out there so no pressure!

deadlift
3x100kg
3x120kg
7x130kg

farmer walk 2x36kg KB 5:00 9x

projected 1RM tonight is 160kg and the 7x130kg felt not very hard. Actually left one or maybe two in the tank. Almost no walking today.

bench
warmups then
3x80kg
3x90kg
10x100kg

kb row 32kg 3x15l/r

10x100kg (220lbs.) is a new PR for me. That puts my projected max at 133.3kg or 293lbs., just 7lbs. shy of my 300lbs. goal. Almost there!

Also got my reading material in order for next year:

squats
warmup sets then
3x85kg
3x100kg
10x120kg!!

volume sets
85kg 3x10
eliptical machine 20:00
lost my Fitbit so I have no idea how many steps I'm taking. :(

New PR on squats! My new projected max is up to 160kg (352lbs) so I'm a happy camper today. Back is holding steady and I've noticed that actually the more i use it, the better it feels. Just needs more of a warmup in the morning before and I'm wondering now if that's a more or less permanent thing.

A new intermediate goal is to squat 3 wheels for x10. Gonna do it.

12/23
walked for 90:00

12/24
overhead press
5x52.5kg
3x57.5
6x65kg new PR!

snatch 1:00/:30 intervals 7x1:00 20kg 8x1:00 16kg
walked 45:00

Press went up for the first time in a long time. My projected max is now 78kg, the highest it's ever been. I would be ecstatic except for the fact that I'm even further away from a body weight press now that I've gained 5kg. LOL. So the weight went up and so did I!

Snatch shows my kb conditioning slipping but then I've been working on other things. Will make kb work a big part of my after 5/3/1 lifting for a while.

I'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.

Thanks and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you, too. I think I just needed a plan. I have "worked out" very hard in the past but I had no plan, and no direction. Not that I have those, I feel focused like a laser.

bench
5x45kg
5x57.5
3x67.5
5x85
3x95
7x107.5

weighted chins 20 total reps These have slipped. I used to do 5x5 but today was in 2,3,4s.
push press 50kg 3x10
kb row 28kg 20l/r, 15l/rx2

Will try to walk an hour this afternoon and do mobility work tonight.

Just bought Fathead:

Looks to be a good paleo rebuttal to Supersize Me.

12/30
squat
5x62.5kg
5x75kg
3x87.5
5x92.5
5x105
TWOx117.5

went home

Felt like a ton. Got little sleep, felt generally miserable all day -- rain and cold. Gave up on the workout and went home. A real downer after squatting 120kgx10 last week. gotta love winter.

12/31
overhead press
5x30kg
5x37.5
3x45
5x47.5
5x55
6x60

50 chins 5:08
OHP again: 40kg 4x10, 1x6
kb row 38kg 15l/r felt totally spent on this
walked 40:00

Bbought three cans of Syntrax Nectar whey isolate today and it's the best protein powder i've ever tasted. Lemonade and pina colada flavor rocked and fuzzy navel tasted pretty good. Two thumbs up.

Happy New Year!

chins 10x5
100 pushups 3:06 a whole minute slower than my fastest, gotta work on this again
150 body squats

looking forward to hitting the iron again next week, my deload week has been a bit aimless.

Very impressed with this today:

Konstantinovs is the man. Makes me want to get back in the gym.

It will be really interesting to see how far he can go raw. Folks are saying he hasn't reached his potential yet.

60:00 powerclubs, mobility work, jump rope
60:00 walking

Really feeling the effects of holiday bloat. Throwing away the last of the birthday cake or giving it to the kids. Do. Not. Want.

You have to see a doctor-not wanting cake is a serious condition!

LOL. I feel like a pregnant yak! We still have fruitcake left over from Christmas and I can't even look at my birthday cake any more.

I can understand tossing the cake. I don't advocate it but I can understand it. I threw out my last couple of pieces of fudge not long after Xmas.

Gotta clean out the fridge instead of being the garbage disposal in the house sometimes, I guess.

Needed a challenge today so I did half of Linda -- deadlift 1.5 BW, bench BW, clean 3/4 BW. Reverse pyramid 10-1 on all exercises for time. Well screw that, I only did 7-1 since it was my first time. Wanted something metabolic to fight the bloat.

deadlift 120kg
bench 80kg
Kb clean 2x28kg 56kg
7-1 reps on all in 12:03

walked 70:00

It went well and maybe I should have just tried the whole thing but a tightening spot below my left scap is saying maybe not. will be less stupid tomorrow.

1/10
squats 75kg 5x10
SLDL 24kg 10 l/r x5

1/11
walked 90:00

Feel sore as hell, maybe from Monday? Caught a massive cramp in the abs today and considering soreness in the legs, decided not to push it today. Been a weird week.

Got our first DVD ready to be produced. Getting copied tomorrow.
