Hehe

Like the title. My bench is such shit I just gave up. Strict overhead presses, incline dumbbells, and jerks from here on out.

Strong work. Was this at Benning? Anything noteworthy about the new course?

Johno, its the new one built here in Illinois. Shared by all branches of reserves, Illinois state SWAT and invited guests. It is a cross between the one in Coronado NSWC and Huckleberry Creeks trail course. I guess that's the best way to describe it.
Passing time is 11 minutes for active/reserve and 12-13 for SWAT.

Thanks, but my goal was 10 doubles at 400 so I missed a little. Until they get the test problem under control I just seem stuck in place or maybe loosing a little. Pisses me off.

Yes. I spent more than I should have and got the really heavy duty adjustable. Damn thing weighs @ 100 lbs.
At least this should last forever, so bar, plates, cage and bench purchases are done.
