Fucking lower back hurts all day long. I know I am getting weaker in the big lifts doing all this P90X stuff but I'm getting the body weight under control and the numbers (blood work ect ) look good. Just hate to see poundage's drop.

FWIW...whenever I drop weight, even small bits like 5-10 pounds, stuff that usually recovers fast like low back, calves, and forearms start to get achy feeling. I'll bet the deficit is just dinging your collective recovery reserves...nad hte p90x stuff has gotta tap your big lifts at some point...but they will bounce back quickest.

Since I had to work out in a commercial gym today, I took a bunch of kettlebells to the open space and did a few rounds of my circuits. Swinging a 36kg bell and 24s for the rest. Followed by swings and renegade rows circuit.
Pullups, cable rows, knee to elbow pushups on bells.
Snatches with the 28.

No. Thats Freak catagory stuff. I think 3 is doable by more people than they think though. I had an old farmer kill a 2.5 a few months ago after explaining all the grip stuff to him.

Shoulder rehab i like

pulls to face:Goal is keep elbows high and squeeze mid back together and elbows out. Use a pushdown rope or towel.
KB arm bar. work it slow and let arm get deep in shoulder up against teres.
Get exercise bands old folks use for workouts, basically tubing with handles, and do YTWL shoulder exercise lying on floor with band run under feet and feet 12-18 inches off the deck. Keep reps high around 20.
skin the cats with bands, towel, or broomstick. i like JS band best. 25 reps 3-5 times a week from front to back.

works for me. don't even wanna know what surgery my shoulders need.
