Hope there is no snow where you live,or you`ll have trouble shovelling tomorrow.
You`ll toughen up.Unless you have a serious medical condition commonly refered to as
"being a pussy".

12-09-12
Squats
sets of 5 up to 315 went up easy
5 sets of 10 at 225
Mahler presses with 24s. Will use 32s next time.
Squats felt good and easily have 400 still in me.
I was worried about all the P90X stuff causing more damage

It would seem that your worries were not founded. Nice work ToM.

Gonna run 75 3 X a week and the test 1X a week depending. I may break it into 2 shots.
Remember, I has low test so 250 just brings me to normal. So I figured this is a mild cycle with a little body recomp hopefully.

Bon Chance. From what I see around the multi-ply set, it's very mild...but I am admittedly a chickenshit when it comes to my own hormones and brain chemistry.

I've haven't done P90X in a few weeks but I think I am going to try to sprinkle in some back/bi work on my TBDL day.

Try TBDL high pulls. I am not sure if Shaf was joking about them but I tried them and fried my traps.

I guess I thought it was better than it is. No issues with high rep pushups and surprisingly no issues using the slingshot for heavy triceps lockout work. But I didnt even get heavy on regular bps and the pain was there. Dumbbell presses hurt to.
