No sides at all. I have PCT lined up, but nothing need during. Started about 205 and am at 214 today. BF is down some. Visibly down anyway. 2 more weeks then an AI and normal dose test.

I been getting that lower back pump from my DL Day back raises. Fucking sucks while it's going on, especially on the drive home but damned if it doesnt keep the pain from my herniated disc low to none, I'm not joking. Anyway, this is a great session TOM. Nice.

So what was your final assessment of the TRX Force program? I looked back in your log and saw where you did up to week 9 and that is when the weather warmed up and you started lifting in your garage again.

Will it get me ripped?!

I liked it a lot. I have taken the trx on vacations and I think for deployed fitness it rocks.
How ripped do you want to be?

You know the pic that Furman posted of the mountain climber and talking about the best pull? I want definition like his back. Would love to get down to around 8% or so. I would guess I am around 10%-12% right now. I know most people here think that is a little ridiculous but I want to see what I am capable of at age 42-43. I am currently very lean but I have noticed that I am not as lean as I used to be when I was a little younger. I am vascular but not as vascular as I used to be. Weight has gotten to 166 or 167 and I have always been around 155-160 which I have been most comfortable. Can't seem to get back down there. Again, I know most people think that is crazy to want to be that light but I like how I feel at that weight. I will say that even though I am pretty strict with my diet I am not as strict as I used to be.

Btw, I know it is 90% diet.

Another thing is that I am going to be focusing on GS from here on for a while along with other strength endurace / endurance type stuff. I want to implement the Maffetone Method.

I am thinking of asking for help for the first time. I have always done my own programming and diet but I really think I could benefit from some coaching.
