Just doing a bunch actually. I did 13 first set the other night unassisted. Not great but clean.

Squats.
worked up to doubles at 405 but still felt a low back twinge so worked down the ladder with higher reps and smaller jumps

Stretch your hip flexors before squatting, and the upper hams too. The psoas has nerves that run into the disc between L5-S1. Can appear to be a disc issue and it is just a tight psoas.

Today starts day 8 of a serious double lung infection. I can kind of take a full breath without coughing my brains out. Fever is under 100 and joint pain is starting to disappear. Still coughing up a little blood and lots of other shit. Walking up stairs is pushing my cardio right now lol
Not eating or training i have dropped 11 pounds too.

Front Squats up to 225 3 X 3
Bodyweight squats rear foot elevated 25 l/r
Speed skaters 25 l/r
Hindu squats 25

Pushups and pullups/body weight rows
sets of 20 and sets of 15
done til I couldnt breathe so 10 -12 sets of each

Stupid waste of time. Even coming back from a serious lung disease I was not stressed nor did I feel like I got a workout.
