Have you noticed any carryover to running/rucking from the c2 rowing?
You`ll toughen up.Unless you have a serious medical condition commonly refered to as
"being a pussy".

I get leaner faster when rowing consistently, and there seems to be some carryover at shorter distances (1 mile and less), but anything longer I have to put the road miles in.

Ruck, 55lb pack, 2x 2miles (shooting for 11:23-12:32 per mile)
1/2 mile warmup
2 miles-23:09/5min rest
2 miles-26:52(did not meet interval time)/5 min rest
1/2 mile cool down
=5.5 miles total in 1 hour 17 min/14:05 pace overall

I have never gone in for the sock changing thing.Might be because it is never hot enough here in northern Europe.

It's humid in Eastern NC until late November, and I sweat like a diabetic in a Golden Corral when I'm hiking.
