Thanks man! 2012 goals are to start competing in powerlifting and hit a 1500 total before the end of the year.

For future reference, my warm up pretty much always consists of most if not all of the following: Shoulder dislocates, subscapularis stretch, band pull-aparts, leg swings, standing fire hydrants, squat stretch, bird dogs, and glute bridges.

Well I tweaked my left forearm/inner elbow yesterday during my last set of squats, and I think I exacerbated it while benching today. It's why I cut the 280 set short and didn't add in any singles. I'll see how it feels tomorrow, but I may take a week off or just some lower machine work and light conditioning. Next week is my deload week anyway.

Today I did some hill sprints and walked for about 45 minutes. I find that running hills when my legs are tight from squats is therapeutic. Now I just need to do this consistently 3-4 days a week to get my conditioning where it needs to be. I'm thinking about doing the Tough Muddder run in December. Seems like a lot of fun. We'll see if it conflicts with any meet dates around then.
