Warmup:
Stretching and mobility
Get up sit ups, goblet squats, and single leg deadlifts

Workout:
TBDL: 190x8, 278x5, 322x3x5
Shrugs: 190x3x12
Alternating weighted dips and chin-ups: 20kg x5x5/5
Swings: 100x6x20
Facepulls: 5x20
-Got the workout done in 1 hour. Tuesday and Thursday are confirmed for the next few weeks. Those sessions are pretty much set. I have to plan out the home sessions now. I’m thinking two stair rucks plus pushups and chin-ups, and two kettlebell sessions, with a free day for rest or whatever I feel I need.

It takes about 30 minutes. I don’t track too closely. It’s hard, but I go up 10 stories, then take the elevator down to the basement, and repeat. So there’s some rest built in. Definitely not as hard as it would be in a taller building.

I lived in a tower dorm in college and used to run stairs there. I tried rucking early in the shutdown, then it occurred to me to try the stairs. I use the elevator to go down because walking downstairs is one of the things that irritates my knee.
