5 KG Get Ups to each side, 10 swings; 3 get ups to each side, 15 swings, 1 get up to each side, 20 swings

Took me about 22 minutes. The get ups were done with a 16 kg KB, the swings with a 16 in each hand.

On the first set of get ups, when I got to the left side, I couldn't finish the punch through and stand up with the 16, so I went to an 8 for two reps then switched back and had no further problems. My shoulder just wouldn't hold the weight at first. I probably should have warmed up.

Weigh in today I was down from 170.47 to 167.00. That's 3.5 kilos/ 7.7 pounds in a week, I know this rate of weight loss won't keep up, but it feels good to see the progress.

Today: 1.58 miles recorded, 21:16 workout time. I just got a Galaxy S5 Active, the workout app is pretty nice. I also dropped it into the mud down the hill toward the road, which is why I got the active.

No idea wha I'll do tomorrow; I fly out to Salt Lake City for USAw Nationals. I may try to get something done in the evening.

Flew yesterday to SLC, had dinner with SYAIGH and dinner other is friend s. No formal cardio, but the pedometer days about 11,000 steps and around 1,000 calories burned. I typically do 5,000. I don't know if it will make a difference, but whatever. I plan to do a sorry, ready mountain hike tomorrow somewhere local, just to see the mountains and say I've been there.
