Sunday 2nd
Run about 25 minutes, with quite a bit of it being trail instead of pavement

10 lb. medicine ball, tennis ball
15 minutes of various throws and slams; lots of it emphasized rotation of one kind or another

Saturday 8th
Run 1.5 miles mostly up hill (including half-mile hill)
Walk 1.5 miles mostly down hill

Been pretty slack ass this week. I want to become a better runner since the weather's nice and warm, and I feel like I've hit a point where I need to do a lot of 2-3 mile runs. My hope is to get comfortable with those until I can begin adding maybe one longer run (4-5 miles) each week.

25 calf raises with a 5 second squeeze at the top
25 calf raises


Monday 10th
Warm up with power cleans and back squats @ 95 lbs.
Deadlift. [email protected] lbs.
Abs. 10x3
Jog/walk half-mile hill
