Run: 46.6k

AM Run: 7.2k

PM Run: 4.5k+3.5k

- needed to return to pick up hrm - they replaced batter but back remains broken and informed me that it would be another few weeks to get it back. I became somewhat irritated and they reduced the turnaround to three days though that remains to be seen.

Three cheers for you, my friend. May much good karma come back your way.
"I also think training like a Navy S.E.A.L. is stupid for the average person. I would say PT like an infantry unit, run, body weight stuff, hump a little, a little weights and enjoy life if you are not training for specifics." -tough old man

I didn't do that much outside of keeping others from running over the guy in the road and keeping him still and chatting a bit. I was pissed at the number of people who honked as they drove by or those who took pictures on their iPhones.

Fun run: 3k
- My wife was scheduled to run a 12k so my son and I entered the other distance - he liked to run though isn't old enough to run it by himself. We reached our goal of catching the pack of 12k runners and actually did not bad - they didn't have a timing chip or take places for the run we did but I would say we were in the top 20 or 30 or so.

Race: 21 km
- PR by 7:00. Ran conservative race throughout. Probably could have pushed harder though was dropped by the group that I had been in near the midway part of the run. Passed a ton of people in the last 3k though a lot were from the 10k so hard to gauge. Fairly pleased in performance.
