I do not know how much longer I am going to be able to wrestle. my shoulders feel like they are done.

My lifting has been ok.

I have had to quit wrestling. My shoulders are done. I can not finsh a take down on a some what good shots, or stop a spin around. Fighting a power 1/2 with head up and looking away, not sure why is killing my shoulders. I have not been able to press over head for sometime, when I had time off from wrestling I have started to feel better. Wrestling has been so much fun. I am not sure where to go from here.

Give BJJ a try. Way easier on the body. But get the shoulders healed first. Some submissions are especially hard on the shoulders.

I'm trying to figure out if I've ever did a HG's with you. I did the Alexandria VA games a couple of times back around 2000 - 2004

I am going to the doc next week I am hoping he will give me cortisone shot in my shoulders. I would like to wrestle till next march. I would feel beter about it quitting then. Having to quit has hurt my pride a lot.

THanks, I threw in a open up that way one time. It was a game between Winchester and Fairfax. It was 05 or 06. My friend Chad is up that way all the time now, you may know him. I have fun throwing but I am a B.

They would not give me any shots because of the pain is deep on the front of the shoulders. they did give me prednisone, I am not pain free but it is better. A lot of other pains feel better. I know a big part of my problems is that I have not stopped training and took some time to heal up. I am thinking, in about 6 weeks I am going to go back to wrestling.This is not making some of the people around me happy so who knows.

I have been working out same old junk. I will just pick it up from monday.

If you are interested in some alternative therapies PM Blaidd Drwg. He has some peptide knowledges that are good for healing. And if wrestling makes you happy then what other people think is not an issue as far as I'm concerned. Just be careful and don't try to keep up with the kids so much as outsmart them.

spent the day hiking up in the hills looking for morel. It is a bit late but found a few. I have not done this since I was a kid. It was super fun.

did a medly 3 times through. rest between goes. time of rest was the amount of time it took to run through. for me it was 1:32, 1:44 I am not sure what the last one was but over 2:00

Training has been going well just doing a bunch of kb junk. Lost as to what I am doing right now. Thinking about going for the #3 again. I have got to where not training for something is boring. I am going to throw in one games this year. I hope that is going to kick start traing. If I can get back to wrestling I know that will.

I had planned to do some jumps out of the japanese stand up. so from the squat it would have been a long jump and from the squat it would have been a vertical jump. I was the only one that could do the stand up. So it killed the workout
