Been lazy with this log. Going to start back with it.

Training has been going good, so has wrestling. Next week I am going to start to wrestle 4 days a week. I am going to go that much to help my wrestling partners get ready for states. My knees and shoulders are going to be killing me. The wrtestling dvds I went with are stand ups, knee slides and critical bottom skills from ian assael, and the claw series from mark perry.

Went squirrel hunting up in the hills. It was raining very hard, I did not see anything, I knew I would not. It was great, it made me feel great. I walked in about 3 1/2 hours about 2 out (down hill).

This has not been a good week for wrestling. Schools have been closed so they been wrestling in the after noon. No one has called me so I get over there they are done. I have not felt like driving back across town to work out at my gym. So I have been working out at home 53lbs kb, wheel, cb and pull up bar. The workouts have lasted about hour and a 1/2 or so, nothing organized. with the kb I have been doing for the most part one hand swings and bu clean and presses. I end with about 20 minutes of cb junk. I must say I feel great.

I have not had much time to fool around on here. Wrestling and working out have been going well. Wrestling will be going back to 2 days a week. For the next few weeks I will lifting and that kind of thing. Been lifting the last few days, my gym strength is my way down, but what I need on the mat is way up. What to do, what to do I am not sure. I want to throw a few games this year, so I need to get my strenght up some. I want to stay at about 198 to about 203 and not kill what I have going on the mat. I want it all.

The team I wrestle with were picked to win states. They Had A lot of bad luck the last few weeks or so with injuries. One of the lighter kids that won states last year, had to sit out with a concussion. One of the kids I wrestle with the younger brother separated his shoulder and has been wrestling the last 4 weeks or so with it. They were thinking he was going to be top 3 before. With it he finished 6th. They went from being picked to win to 4th or 5th I am not sure were they ended up. Out of the kids I wrestle the young brother was 6th his brother 5th and the heavy weight 4th. The hw broke his hand (I think he broke it in his first match) so he did not wrestle in the 3rd or 4th place match.

on sundays I have a group of women that train at my place. It started off as just one and over the last two years it has been up to six. This past sunday it was 4. They did squats and then wanted to do sandbag carrys around the block. I would have not done saturdays stone lifting or the farmers had I known this would be a part of the workout they wanted to do.

Sand bag I carried is about 145lbs I was thinking it was just under a mile, they think it was just over a mile. It took 35 minutes.
