Drilled an hour.

No gi:

Submission series from the butterfly: Guillotine, front head lock to sweep to guillotine, and omoplata.

Lunch train with Tony:
Good friend of mine received his black belt from Pedro while I was gone. Got to train with him for 90 minutes.
Gave up an arm lock, and a knee bar.
Passed guard many times, submitted him with a mounted guillotine, a d'arce, and a wrist lock while he omoplata'd me.
Very fun, great work. Need to keep the legs out when I hit the back, and keep moving when he takes my back, even when I am tired.

Drilled butterfly sweeps from guard, then variations thereof.

PM No Gi:
UofG Warm Ups
Pummeling from a closed guard to a Kimura, ala Jacare vs. Garcia.
Free rolled with Simon to the point of exhaustion, hitting a foot lock at the end to close the deal.

Off if butterfly overhook;
Angle to triangle when they hand to the mat
Angle to omoplata
Angle to gulliotiene
Angle to front head lock sweep

Roll:
:30 top bottom out for 35 minutes. Moved well. Gotta work on pummeling better!

12 x 1 min rounds of guar pummeling
Butterfly gward arm drag - sweep when they circle, cover head to front headlock sweep when the pressure.
:30 of guard top/bottom/out
Then 20 minutes of 2 in 1 out takedown work

Working guard game with Brent. Rust is knocked off the guard fo' shizzle.

Night BJJ:
Clearing a lapel grab to a single.
Rolled with John and as I said earlier, my guard work is sharp.

Night no gi:
X-Guard & butterfly work.
Did 15 min of takedowns at the end. Gotta set up more shots. Counters are powerful however.
