Tuesday 1/1/13

* Snatch: 75x2, 95x2, 115x1x5, 135x1x3, 155x1x2...several misses at 175 which is a fairly routine weight...but was working on catapult technique today and just wasn't feeling it
* 1 Mile Run 10:59...i'm a damned terrible runner (and I hate it more than just about anything on the planet) so i've got plans to try and get a little better at it this year. would like to get the mile time down to around 9:00

* Bench Press: 135x8, 155x8, 175x8, 185x8, 155x8
* 30 Manmakers (minus the rows) w/ 35# dumbbells
* Runs of 1/4 mi, 1/2 mi and 1/4 mi for total of 1 mile run

decided to set a goal of 100 miles run and 100,000 meters rowed for this year...so far 2 miles run down
