12-26
3.8 in 30" w/ 4 drills + strides to finish off

12-28
4.46 in 40" w/ 2 x ~80 yards barefoot + mobility to cool down

Strength work this evening.

GPS seems to be pretty accurate out of the box when comparing these distances on these routes to what they say on Strava or in my truck.

12-29
30 minutes easy
No strides

That was unpleasant.

I actually have a program, from someone else, working on form and strength/mobility/injury prevention. For some reason, I wore a pair of racing flats I've had for months and never got to use, but was feeling a little spry before I left... then I actually started running and.... ouch.

Lesson learned. I'll have to use the flats at least a little in the coming months, but maybe keep them to the track.

Mobility routine coming shortly.
