I won't hijack your log any further, but I'll look into that book.

And I'm not sure hard data is always required if you have enough observation of people for whom something worked quite well.

Yesterday.. about 3 miles walking.
Today. Medium Isaac Hayes.
Full joint mobility and stretching.
I focused on planking,.. then moving into TGU's.
This is a good strategy to check on body stability and movement.

Did the 12 minute Foundation Training Workout. I will say this... if you are not doing Foundation Training you are missing much.
Spent lots of time with my youngest son, Noah and my ex wife today. All is good.

Thursday. Train along with morning client.
Simple & Sinister w/24k.
This is a good No-Brainer to throw in. Not perfect, but not bad.

S & S, 24k. Used some one arm swings which was a nice change. Grip, anti-rotation. Played with holding TGU positions as well.
I may stick with this and focus on how many sessions per week I can manage. This will be interesting.
I'm doing more Silat and Edge weapon work with friends and this is perfect for 'bang per buck', effective dose, etc.

Eischen's Yoga today. Long holds. Funny, just when you think you are brilliant,.. so much of the Foundation training is within the Eichen's yoga template. I'm not doing headstands, etc... but the back endurance stuff is all there. Thanks to the late Roger Eischen's and Jon Hinds for making me aware of this. BTW.. the poses are the same as other yoga.. Jon's cues are excellent, but when you have an instructor over top you giving feedback and forcing muscular alignment... the brilliance of this material is quite evident.
