With age some things get tight, some things get weak. The method I'm using tends to strengthen the weak stuff [compensations] and even things out. Like aligning the tires of your car.. things run with less resistance.

S & S plus Eischen's most days... Writing keeps me busy. Did the Live Life Aggressively Podcast on Wednesday. They'll produce it and post it in due time.. We had a lot of fun. Lots of material on aging healthfully.
Silat Saturday,.. Venezuelan Garrote Sunday.

will look forward to the podcast - that's the only fitness podcast I subscribe to, it's generally pretty good. Although to me Sincere's accent sounds funny as fuck.

Eischens Yoga. Reviewed dvd and then held each position 60 seconds.. Very good stuff. The yoga blocks help with maintaining the alignment and fire the adductors. Internal/External rotation of femurs are addressed to.

Incline Plane done on Powerwheel is good. Supine Bridge done on Jungle Gym is good too.

A client just got certified in Tai Chi in Scotland. Great instructor who is a UFC freak and also the philosophical edge.
I'm very impressed with instructors like this gentleman and Glenn Hairston who can develop structure for decades, but focus on survival and practicality.
This intrigues me...

Active day,.. but no specific training.
I am working on organizing a Ray Floro USA tour. If you are interested in edged weapons and empty hands vs blades.. look no further. I'd like to see if your group is viable for a working with Ray.

Contact me via email or here.

Girlfriend caught a cold from too many events clustered together. I could feel a bit edgy, but not too bad. So extra sleep made me feel good and I needed it.
I'm focusing on Floro Fighting of late and I think that's going to be my focus for a long time.
Of course normal conditioning stuff and body maintenance is always part of the mix.

Daily swimming and walking. I had a light cold, Robin had a miserable, miserable one,.. so just enjoying the 90+ degrees and dense humidity. Back to training soon.

Speaking of training in bad circumstances,.. I did some research.
