About 30 minutes of foam rolling and 45 minute walk. Actually getting deeper and more skilled with the rolling. Believe it or not.. I feel the difference. Not like you feel doing it once for 2 to 3 minutes.
On another note, Vincent Cabales, son of Angel Cabales is coming to Orlando in February. I might attend this. That is Eskrima royalty.

Friday... S & S,.. 24k. I was distracted over some stuff and wobbled on a TGU,.. but recovered.
I'm giving a shot to the Original Strength stuff for a while. I'll play with it, expecting no magic.
My focus is finding things that work, don't hurt and just doing them regularly.

On the martial arts front, Saturday afternoon Silat. I worked on lots of stuff from all my sources. Very enjoyable.
I'm down to one outside client.. the rest online. I like it that way. If I do any one on one training, it will be martial arts and not fitness. That's a win/win since I have fun. Counting reps is not too much fun, truthfully. Coaching people online is rewarding though.

Worked on some Harimau stuff. Groundwork made for a good workout for hips and knees and low back.
I'm going to be doing more lunging, farmers walks, crawling, pulling and silat stuff for training.

Yes. Changing things up. Doing Gelek [to twist] for legwork. This is in my original dvd. Sempok/Depok/Siloh positions. Mr Cotter amped this up with rack holds and overhead in his, "Dragon Twist". Very similar. Basically squatting with internal/external rotation of femurs. Good for hips/feet/knees and very underused.

Some H2H for posterior chain and cardio. Fig 8. Fig 8 with an Uppercut, H2H Swing and Pass Around Body.
Then Some bodyweight stuff for upper push/pull.
Played with this today.

This journal is ending here. It's redundant of what I record in my own journal.
