20 minutes center on the break down total
Top bottom out guard passing 1 min x 20 total
2x5 min matches

Both nights got broken but hustled hard.

Intensity is up, volume is down, & while I've slacked on my diet, I've out on a sold 7 lbs. of muscle with 2 lbs of fat. Not a bad exchange.
