Tuesday,

Back home :

Warm up work with the 16's

1. Clean and press 3 x 24kg 2 x 1,2,3
2. Chin + 8kg 3 x 1,2,3
3. Goblet squat 6 x 6
4. Swings 24kg 20 x 4

BJJ, open mat rolled for an hour ten with 3 different partners one of which smashed me into next week.

Diet: sub 30 carbs 180-200g protein.

Tuesday,

Recharge:

Carries with bells, 1 hand farmers, overhead, x walks, 2 hand farmers various weights then 3 min sandbag carry.

75 swings with some press ups mixed in

BJJ, back takes and submissions, armbar and choke, specific training. Punch the clock jiu jitsu style.

you said your energy levels are low - but you're going low carb, training KB's + BJJ and your old mans in hospital; that's a lot of stressors there ZZ! Especially the latter - don't know the issue obviously but family stuff can be more stressful than you realise at the time. Hope he's doing ok.

Yeah, sounds like you've been speaking to my Mrs lol! You're both correct of course, I was playing around with different diet approaches, I'm going to knock that on the head for now and use a park bench approach and eat like an adult.

Friday,

BJJ, closed guard work, was a good class.

20 mins various loaded carries using kettlebells and a sandbag, note to self sneezing while carrying a sandbag isn't funny.
