I am using a "sun punch" knuckle pushup, arms along the sides as the Strong First people counsel. This is different but is better for my shoulders. Much more challenging to do than the sloppy assed way I used to do it. Shoulders have stopped hurting. Let's see how it goes.
I am at times ashamed of my numbers, but the hard work is the diet, not the exercise.
Lunch on Monday was seventy CCs of olive oil. Slammed it down, ate a pill to help with fat digestion (see https://www.nowfoods.com/supplements/su ... es-tablets
) and did not eat until 7pm.

I got a bit focused and intense with others but no feelings of hunger. I wanted to eat but did not need to eat. Meanwhile others brought in cookies, cakes and other stuff for fund raising. I gave them $20 just to join in. Watched them eat.
I could smell the sugar in the cookies. Otherwise? Nothing. I don't have huge will power. My sluggish exercise shows that. What I got is a conviction that if I eat the wrong food I will suffer. Eating what agrees with my stomach makes me feel better. I do not get shitty. I feel sharper.
Still don't really like drinking pickle juice, but it settles my insides. Same with Kim Chi. Food as medicine.
I'm leaving this out there for the folks who have clients. Some of you might want to suggest this to your clients. Blood pressure is a bit higher but still not like before. A bit more "padded" but nowhere near where I was when I started this thing.
