guy, basement, mountain

Quit my job. Good 3 and a half years, but the toll got too steep. I've got a ton of equipment, but I know it's that one ingredient you can't buy: consistency. Something I haven't had in years. The one thing I have done with some consistency is trail running on a sub 2000 ft mountain nearby. I'm looking forward to starting that up again soon. I think I'm on my 2nd or 3rd pair of Innov8's.

The plan: meditation, yoga sun salutations, walking, gtg pushups and bodyrows and kb squats.
